Our dishes are made with local products and based on traditional Canarian cuisine; watercress and vegetable creams, fish such as grouper loin   or cod, the famous rabbit in salmorejo with pella de gofio and colored potatoes, the typical chickpeas of Tenerife, etc. Here you can see our letter.
