What is the cancellation policy?

  • In cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation date, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting €9 for management and bank commissions. If the cancellation time is equal to or less than 24 hours from the reservation date, you will have a penalty of 50% of the amount paid.

  • If due to weather conditions or force majeure the activity cannot be carried out, you can postpone it for another day or enjoy any other in our Restaurant - Terrace and also by product in our wine shop.

  • In the event that you cannot attend the time and day of the reservation, it will remain valid for the next 30 days. Request a new reservation at reservas@bodegasmonje.com or Tel. +34 922 585 027. In this case, the purchase amount can also be exchanged for wines or other items from the Bodegas Monje store or restaurant services.
