What is the cancellation policy at Wine&Sex?
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend Wine&Sex on the day of the event, you can call or email
reservas@bodegasmonje.com, in which case the ticket can be used for the next edition. If we do not have proof of your cancellation on the day of the event, you will lose all rights.
If for any reason beyond our control the event is cancelled, the amount of the tickets can be exchanged at any time for services in our Restaurant-Terrace, Events, Activities, Gift Vouchers or for products from the Wine Shop. Under no circumstances will the amount paid be refunded.
